I had the pleasure of working with Holly on two separate occasions - for the construction of a new home in Kinderton (Advance, NC) and then the selling of that same home when I relocated to Charlotte. Holly walked me through every step, always made herself available for my questions and/or concerns, and explained things so I could easily understand them. She is very easy to work with because she is so personable, dependable, and honest; and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy/sell a home in the Winston-Salem area.

Holly was excellent. She was familiar with the neighborhood and market conditions. She quickly adjusted her sales approach to attract the appropriate potential buyers, and we had an offer within 48 hours. She was quick with advice and assistance as we moved forward to the closing.

We bought our first home in March. A new construction home from DR Horton. Holly was so helpful in breaking down each step of the process and made the entire buying experience seamless. She negotiated expertly on the price and amenities included in the home and was constantly available for any of our needs. We cannot recommend Holly enough!
